The London Archers are a youth baseball program based in southeast England. The program aims to support youth baseball development in the UK by providing high-quality, year-round training for youths aged 10 - 18 that want to accelerate their baseball development and play competitively across Europe.

The program was established in 2017 to help increase the quantity and quality of playing opportunities for UK youth baseball players. It initially started with a single 12U team, but has quickly grown to also include 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U and 18U teams and has approximately 75 players in the program each year. Reflecting the diverse population demographic of southeast England, the program brings together a global group of players with many nationalities represented including, but not limited to, British, American, and Japanese. To help grow local British talent and to support the National GB Baseball Program, the program aims to have at least half of its players be British citizens by birth or naturalization.

The London Archers are a member of the British Baseball Federation (BBF).

In May 2019, the 14U London Archers claimed the 2019 PONY European Zone Championship by defeating the defending champions from the Netherlands 7-6 in the championship game and earning a spot in the 2019 PONY World Series in Washington, PA. The Archer team made history as the first UK team to participate in the PONY World Series in its 68 year history.

Additionally, on the same weekend as the London MLB Baseball Series (June 28-30, 2019), the London Archers hosted the 2nd Annual Archer Cup at Farnham Park Baseball Complex in Slough. The Archer Cup is the only international youth baseball tournament held in the UK and it brings together top 13U teams from across Europe.

In April 2022, after a 2 year hiatus due to COVID the PONY European Zone Championship returned. In this edition the U14 London Archers again claimed the championship with a 6-5 victory of the NL Dutch Twins in the final. The team has earned a spot in the 2022 Pony World Series and will again travel to Washington, PA in August 2022.
