​Exceptional Value — A Full Year of Consistent Development

 

​​The Archers Training & Development Programme includes:

​​

• All domestic Archers training and practice sessions, use of equipment, technology and coaching resources for the full 12-month period beginning 1 November 2026.

• More than 80 training sessions are planned during the 12-month period, including approximately 45+ winter sessions from November through March. Sessions will combine weekend and midweek offerings and will typically run for 2–3 hours.

• Archers-branded winter training gear for each player.

• Exclusive access to the London Archers platform within the Primetime Aces app, providing age-appropriate programmes covering Strength & Conditioning, Arm Care and Baseball Drills. Separate registration instructions will be provided similar to last year.

• For age-appropriate athletes, access to our second annual Showcase & Metrics Weekend Coach John Skaggs, our Director of Coach Development and Head of College Recruiting, on 24 October 2026 at Farnham Park. Coach Skaggs will also be available to answer questions regarding the US college recruiting process.

Programme Administration & Fees

• All returning participants/players will be added automatically to the Spond Training Group.

• For new players to the club that have not registered on Spond, please follow the link below to register your interest for the Training and Development Programme: https://spond.com/invite/BLODC 

• The full annual cost of the 2026/2027 Training & Development Programme is £585, equivalent to approximately £7.25 per training session based on the planned programme.

• Families may choose to:

  • Pay the £585 annual fee upfront; or

  • Pay in nine equal installments of £65 per month from November through July.

• Additional pricing arrangements include:

  • Players born in 2017 or later will pay a reduced annual fee of £350 for the full 12 months of training.

  • Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 20% discount for each additional sibling registered.

  • We will continue to use Spond for club administration and payments, making registration and payment management significantly easier. A small transaction and processing fee will apply.

• We remain 100% committed to ensuring that financial circumstances do not unnecessarily prevent players from participating. Tailored and subsidised arrangements can be made available on a case-by-case basis.

• Participation in the Training & Development Programme does not guarantee selection to an Archers travel team. Players selected for the Travel Team Programme will pay a separate travel team fee, together with any required uniform costs. These costs will be communicated prior to the travel season.
